Yes, we are fully insured in both your and our interests.
Are my keys safe?
Your keys are kept in a key safe at our office. The key rings are sealed when the key is given to your housekeeper.
What payment methods do you accept?
We will send you an invoice in advance for the agreed services.
Do the housekeepers wear a uniform?
We insist that the housekeepers look clean, neat and tidy. Our work clothing also has a practical function and is more hygienic.
If I choose a periodic service, will I always get the same housekeepers?
Yes, you will always get the same housekeepers as long as you are satisfied. In case of illness or impediment we will contact you to see if you will allow a replacement.
